wouldn't return unfortunately
The room itself was lovely and the overall look of the hotel.
so when we first arrived we was charged for our room and car park that wasn't the issue, the issue was then checking our bank to find out that the hotel had already taken the money from our account so we went to reception and they said it would be refunded straight away, it's now Wednesday and we still don't have our money back. the swimming pool was cold not sure if it was supposed to be heated as it doesn't state on the details of the hotel, location isn't bad it's 8 minutes in a taxi to canary wharf. we had a drink in the bar, we had a disaranno and coke and a gin and lemonade it came to £43 I understand london is expensive but that was so unexpected , on that bill we was also charged nearly £5 for the bar man to make those drinks, which I find strange as he was already being paid to be ther3 and serve our drinks . There was also no mini bar in our room, which it states there is when booking,

Check in was really quick and easy. made better by Aalyan he was lovely and really helpful. Loved the style and finish of the hotel. Bed was super comfy. Good gym. Breakfast was also fantastic.
We booked this hotel due to there being a pool, but when we went to use it it was absolutely freezing and not enjoyable to be in so didn’t last longer than 5 minute before we had to leave. Also the steam room smelt of wet dog and wasn’t useable as the smell was so bad. Also half of the tv channels didn’t work.
